7250P-644 / 91545 Adapter Plate

I was getting a nasty vibration and grunting coming from my Peerless Piannacle boiler. When I took off the blower assembly, I found that the adapter plate and swril plate we literally falling apart with chucks being sucked into the blower motor. I replaced the swirl place (purchased here as well) and adapter plate, cleaned out the debris from the blower motor and now she's purring like a kitten again. This part did the trick!

Owner was extremely helpful in finding me the right parts and coaching me in what I needed to do. He called me twice after hours and graciously gave of his time to help me.

Part fit perfectly! Glad they included the new fasteners.

These parts fit great and with the Munchkin 140M hot water boiler Most of the parts are easy to install even though they are higher priced than other boiler brands. This Munchkin has been running faithfully for 12 years now with NO major problems other than their Plastic swirl plate which should be changed about every 6 years. That may be a design flaw or maybe they can't make a pot metal one because , Like cars , it is something the customer has to come to Munchkin for?
