Works Great!
This stuff works great. My condensate drain was moving extremely slow and backing up. Poured this stuff in my boiler and left it over night. By morning boiler was dry and condensate line was flowing freely. Also cleaned up my heat exchanger real well, with little effort, just sprayed it on and let it sit.
